Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador for the prestigious Maison, embodying and animating the Men's Fashion universe for clientele.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by adhering to the brand's sales protocols.
- Advise customers and facilitate sales transactions through to payment.
- Develop and maintain a client portfolio to extend the shopping experience beyond the store and foster customer loyalty.
- Monitor personal sales KPIs and devise action plans to meet objectives.
- Ensure the presentation and promotion of products and maintain the sales area.
- Participate in inventory counts and commercial operations.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in brand knowledge and a deep understanding of men's fashion.
- Result-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude.
- Curious, warm personality with a penchant for teamwork.
- Proficiency in English.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
