Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome, advise, and assist clientele with exceptional service.
  • Execute sales transactions through to completion.
  • Collect client contact information, follow up, and foster customer loyalty.
  • Ensure product presentation and maintenance of the sales area.
  • Secure stock and oversee after-sales service.
  • Participate in inventory management and commercial operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven initial experience in sales with a passion for customer service.

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
