Join Le Bon Marché in Paris as a Marketing Purchasing Coordinator. This entry-level role offers exposure to innovative projects in a prestigious luxury retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support buyers and purchasing assistants in daily tasks to prepare in-store and e-shop exhibitions.
  • Liaise with suppliers to gather brand information and ensure follow-up.
  • Manage product samples for exhibitions and e-commerce site.
  • Collaborate with buyers, style office, suppliers, and advertising team to construct catalogues and track performance.
  • Participate in multi-channel communication for animations, coordinating with Bon Marché's internet and visual identity teams.
  • Implement marketing activations such as social media, VIC salons, and CRM.
  • Oversee and track the implementation of cross-commercial operations like pop-ups and customizations.
  • Attend purchasing meetings with buyers and follow the purchasing process, including supplier creation in SAP, order preparation, delivery tracking, and product placement in exhibition areas.
  • Contribute to sector activity tracking and PowerPoint presentation preparation.
  • Support the new e-commerce site Lebonmarche.com with e-commerce matrices, supplier contact, and participation in photoshoots.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, fashion, or a related field.

Skills

Enthusiastic, dynamic, and highly adaptable. Curious mindset with a keen interest in product trends. Recognized for rigor and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and iMovie; video editing skills are a plus. Fluent in English.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, fashion, or a related field.
