Join Le Bon Marché in Paris as a Health and Safety Officer Intern. Contribute to risk prevention and safety culture in a prestigious luxury retail setting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and update the Single Document for Risk Assessment (DUERP) and the PAPRIPACT.
  • Conduct chemical risk analyses using the SEIRICH tool.
  • Deploy and monitor safety culture initiatives and awareness programs.
  • Implement and track internal cross-audits.
  • Develop and execute health and safety communication campaigns.
  • Update and monitor HSE performance indicators.
  • Supervise internal work to ensure compliance with current standards and regulations.
  • Participate in the analysis of workplace accidents and propose corrective and preventive actions.
  • Assist in completing prevention plans to oversee external company interventions.
  • Coordinate mandatory and specific training with the training department to ensure employee skill development.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an engineering program or pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) in HSE, Risk Management, or QHSE.

Skills

Strong client, service, and field orientation. Ability to work collaboratively in team and project settings. Curiosity and proactivity. Dynamic, rigorous, analytical, adaptable, and organized.

Experience

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Education

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in HSE, Risk Management, or QHSE.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
