Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and update the Single Document for Risk Assessment (DUERP) and the PAPRIPACT.
  • Conduct chemical risk analyses using the SEIRICH tool.
  • Promote and monitor the development of a safety culture and awareness.
  • Implement and track internal cross-audits.
  • Develop and execute health and safety communication campaigns.
  • Update and monitor HSE performance indicators.
  • Supervise internal works to ensure compliance with current norms and regulations.
  • Participate in the analysis of workplace accidents and propose corrective and preventive actions.
  • Assist in completing prevention plans for external company interventions.
  • Coordinate mandatory and specific training with the training department to ensure employee skill development.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in an engineering program or a Master's degree in HSE, Risk Management, or QHSE.

Skills

Strong client and service orientation with a focus on operational teams. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and project mode with diverse stakeholders. Curiosity and proactivity. Recognized for dynamism, rigor, analytical skills, adaptability, and organizational sense.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Education

Pursuing an engineering degree or a Master's in HSE, Risk Management, or QHSE.

Workplace
