Join Le Bon Marché in Paris as a Department Manager - Patisserie. Lead a team to enhance sales and customer satisfaction in a prestigious luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profit margins for the Patisserie department in alignment with the store's commercial policy.
- Lead and manage a team to ensure exceptional customer service and hospitality standards.
- Implement continuous improvement plans to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, quality, environment, and safety regulations.
- Oversee merchandising, stock management, and the quality of the commercial offer.
- Execute commercial operations, including competitive analysis and price monitoring.
- Collaborate with the Buyer to construct and refine the product assortment.
- Manage the department's profit and loss account, budget, and inventory.
- Analyze sales and margins to propose and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (Bac+3/4).
- Experience in managing commercial teams within the food retail sector.

Entry-level experience in managing commercial teams in the food industry is required.
