Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Baker and team in the production of bakery items, adhering to provided guidelines.
  • Select and measure ingredients for product preparation.
  • Perform preliminary tasks, basic preparations, shaping, and finishing of bakery products.
  • Maintain daily operations of the bakery lab, including equipment upkeep and workspace cleanliness.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a CAP Boulangerie or Complementary Mention in Bakery program.
  • A strong passion for the art of baking.

Skills

Proficiency in basic baking techniques and processes. Attention to detail and adherence to hygiene standards. Ability to work collaboratively in a high-end environment.

Experience

No prior experience required; ideal for beginners in the field.

Education

Enrollment in a CAP Boulangerie or Complementary Mention in Bakery program is required.
