Le Bon Marché in Paris seeks an Assistant Buyer for Women's Fashion. Full-time role requiring 3 years of experience and bilingual English skills.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the entire product flow in SAP and Commandeo, including supplier, article, order, restocking, delivery, and invoicing.
  • Oversee sector activities: support suppliers, manage assortment plans and supplier tracking tables, alert on risks of stockouts for permanent products, gather restocking needs, create and monitor commercial operations, and participate in inventories.
  • Create and maintain databases.
  • Contribute to the daily operations of the department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in commercial management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial and/or administrative experience with a product sensitivity.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and Word. Bilingual proficiency in English. Familiarity with SAP is advantageous. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, anticipation, and teamwork.

Experience

A minimum of three years in a commercial or administrative role, preferably with experience in product management.

Education

Bachelor's degree in commercial management or equivalent.
