Role & Responsibilities

  • Reconcile sales against collections and address discrepancies with stakeholders.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations related to O2C matters.
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and customer queries, manage refund processes, and liaise with external parties such as banks and payment gateways.
  • Support the end-to-end O2C process to meet service level agreements and performance targets.
  • Assist management with special projects and tasks as assigned.
  • Participate in transition activities into the FSSC, including knowledge transfer and preparation of work instructions.
  • Support the objective of becoming 100% paperless by redesigning controls, practices, and processes.
  • Ensure completeness, accuracy, relevance, and audit trail of Kering Group Accounting policy, supporting process efficiency and internal control.
  • Conduct periodic audits of AR/bank reconciliation processes to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Support audit activities and provide commentaries as required.
  • Assist with Bank and Cash Management processes and collaborate with other FSSC counterparts to streamline cash and banking processes.
  • Update and report daily/weekly/monthly cash positions and cash flow reports to regional treasury.
  • Assist with ongoing Treasury projects and FSSC-related projects.
  • Manage and administer the bank reconciliation process, ensuring all reconciliations are clean and fully reconciled for month-end using Blackline tool.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve unidentified income or expenses and ensure compliance with internal control processes.
  • Post journals for banking-related items such as bank charges and forex gain/loss.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as required.

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA/CPA).
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable within the finance department, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or shared services.
  • Proficiency in O2C processes.
  • Knowledge of SAP/Blackline is preferred.

Skills

Independent operator and fast learner. Self-driven with a strong analytical mindset. Agile and inquisitive. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with tight deadlines. Highly meticulous and a problem solver.

Experience

3 to 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable within the finance department, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or shared services.

Education

Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA/CPA).
