Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation, editing, and updating of digital learning content.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and trends, recommending improvements.
  • Monitor Group-level learning data and KPIs to generate insightful analyses.
  • Support the management of Learning Systems (LMS, LXP), track learner progress, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Assist the Learning team in various training initiatives, workshops, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with the Kering Houses' learning community to support training initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree minimum, Master's degree preferred.
  • Fluency in English, with knowledge of French as an advantage.

Skills

Proficiency in Office 365. Willingness to learn new digital tools (e.g., Canva, Klaxoon, LMS, LXP). Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for teamwork. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a passion for fashion, luxury, or design.

Experience

No specific prior experience required, but a background in learning and development or related fields is advantageous.

Education

Bachelor's degree minimum, Master's degree preferred.
