Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation, editing, and updating of digital learning content.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and trends, recommending improvements.
- Monitor Group-level learning data and KPIs to generate insightful analyses.
- Support the management of Learning Systems (LMS, LXP), track learner progress, and troubleshoot issues.
- Assist the Learning team in various training initiatives, workshops, and webinars.
- Collaborate with the Kering Houses' learning community to support training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree minimum, Master's degree preferred.
- Fluency in English, with knowledge of French as an advantage.
Skills
Experience
No specific prior experience required, but a background in learning and development or related fields is advantageous.
