Join Kering in Paris as a Learning & Development Apprentice. Contribute to strategic learning projects in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and deploy soft skill EMAE training programs, including session planning, employee registration and communication, and administrative and budget tracking.
  • Collaborate with L&D Group teams to integrate content into Workday.
  • Oversee the implementation and monitoring of E-Learning courses on the Kering Learning digital platform, including content sourcing and KPI analysis.
  • Handle communications management, including mailings, webinars, and publications.
  • Create and monitor KPIs using Dashboard Power BI and management tools.
  • Participate in the deployment of the Tech & Digital Academy, focusing on logistics and administrative follow-up.
  • Engage in weekly team meetings and meetings with the WW Talent & Learning community.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree +5 from a Grande Ecole de Commerce or University with a specialization in Human Resources.
  • Previous experience in HR project management.

Skills

Strong organizational and event management skills. Excellent written and spoken English; Italian is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Excel, Form, Teams).

Experience

Candidates should have prior experience in HR project management.

Education

Bachelor's degree +5 from a Grande Ecole de Commerce or University with a specialization in Human Resources.

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
