Join Kering in Paris as a Learning & Development Apprentice. Collaborate with international teams to manage training programs and contribute to strategic projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and deploy soft skill EMAE training programs, including session planning, employee registration, communication, and administrative and budget follow-up.
- Collaborate with the L&D Group teams to integrate content into Workday.
- Monitor and implement E-Learning training courses on the Kering Learning digital platform, including sourcing content and digital resources, co-constructing courses with internal stakeholders, and analyzing KPIs.
- Oversee communications management through mailings, webinars, and publications.
- Develop and monitor KPIs using Power BI dashboards and management tools.
- Participate in the deployment of the Tech & Digital Academy, managing logistics and administrative follow-up of training courses.
- Engage in weekly team meetings and meetings with the WW Talent & Learning community.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +5) from a Grande Ecole de Commerce or University, specializing in Human Resources.
- First experience in HR project management.
