Join Kering in Paris as a Learning & Development Apprentice. Contribute to global training initiatives within the Tech & Digital functions of this renowned luxury group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and deploy global training programs, including provider selection, session planning, employee registration, and logistical coordination.
- Collaborate with Group L&D teams to integrate content into Workday.
- Oversee the implementation of Tech E-Learning paths, fostering employee engagement and analyzing completion rates and KPIs.
- Draft and distribute a bi-weekly newsletter.
- Organize and track international Tech events.
- Develop and monitor KPIs through dashboards and management tools.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and global Talent & Learning community discussions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field from a Grande Ecole or University.
- Prior experience in HR project management.
Skills
Experience
At least one year of experience in HR project management, preferably within an international context.
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or related field.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
