Join Kering in Paris as a Learning & Development Apprentice. Engage in global training initiatives within the luxury fashion sector.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and deploy global training programs, including the search and selection of service providers, session planning, employee registration, communication, and administrative and budget follow-up.
  • Collaborate with Group L&D teams to integrate content into Workday.
  • Monitor and implement Tech E-Learning training paths, engage employees, create challenges, and analyze KPIs.
  • Draft and distribute a bi-weekly newsletter.
  • Organize and oversee international Tech events.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs through dashboards and management tools.
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and meetings with the WW Talent & Learning community.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree +5 in Human Resources or related field from a Grande École or University.
  • First experience in HR project management.

Skills

Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong organizational and event management skills. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Italian is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Excel, Form, Teams).

Experience

Candidates should have initial experience in HR project management.

Education

Bachelor's degree +5 in Human Resources or related field.
