Join Kering in Paris as a Human Rights and Social Impact Analyst. Contribute to sustainability leadership and responsible business conduct in the luxury fashion industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop a social performance methodology and manage social data on topics such as human rights, living wages, and gender equality.
  • Guide Kering Houses in defining their social sustainability strategies beyond risk management.
  • Contribute to the development and updating of Kering's social responsibility and human rights policies, standards, and commitments.
  • Draft responses to social and human rights-related questionnaires from rating agencies.
  • Collaborate with the social audit team to integrate relevant data into the Group's universal registration document and various ratings/rankings.
  • Incorporate a human rights perspective into internal tools.
  • Monitor current and emerging regulations on social responsibility, human rights, responsible sourcing, and supply chain, including due diligence and transparency requirements.
  • Support the implementation of the CSRD (ESRS 2, 3 & 4).

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in law, political science, international relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in human rights and sustainability.

Skills

Fluency in French and English; Italian is advantageous. Proficiency in Excel for advanced data analysis; familiarity with Power Bi is beneficial. Strong synthesis and analytical skills. Ability to work autonomously with reliability, rigor, and confidentiality. Excellent interpersonal skills with a diplomatic and collaborative approach.

Experience

A minimum of three years of progressively responsible work experience in human rights and sustainability.

Education

Master's degree in law, political science, international relations, or a related discipline.
