Join Kering in New York City as a Human Resources Manager, providing strategic HR support to McQueen's regional HQ and retail locations across North America.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR advisor to retail leadership, aligning HR policies with business objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with store leadership teams to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights on workforce planning and performance trends.
  • Collaborate with global and regional HR teams to implement company-wide initiatives.
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for key retail positions.
  • Oversee onboarding and new hire integration to ensure a structured experience.
  • Conduct training sessions to support employee career development.
  • Provide guidance on workplace policies and performance expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian labor laws across retail locations.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in retail or luxury environments.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. and Canadian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to build trust with senior leadership and act as a strategic business partner.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong facilitation, influencing, coaching, and counseling abilities. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS platforms; experience with Dayforce or Workday is a plus. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives. Experience with change management methodologies.

Experience

6+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in retail or luxury environments.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.

The role is situated in New York City, New York, USA.

Compensation

Base salary of $125,000-$135,000 per year.
