Kering seeks a Director of Supply Chain in Wayne, NJ, to lead strategic supply chain projects and ensure efficient execution of logistics activities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Supply Chain, Planning, and Analytics team to ensure efficient execution of supply chain activities.
  • Collaborate with brand teams and leadership to implement strategic supply chain projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, vigilance, and tenacity within the supply chain team.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with internal and external clients to drive supply chain strategy and facilitate S&OP processes.
  • Work with brands and operations to cultivate a culture of planning and forecasting, emphasizing their value.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Distribution, or Transportation.

Skills

Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on innovative solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with Power BI, Power Query, SQL, SAP, and WMS is advantageous.

Experience

8-10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Distribution, or Transportation.

This position is based in Wayne, New Jersey, USA, within easy reach of New York City.

Compensation

$190,000 - $205,000 per year plus incentives.
