Kering is seeking a Data Project Intern in Paris, France, to join the Finance Transformation EMEA team. This internship offers practical experience in data analysis and financial process improvement.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement the master data management process, including customer and supplier maintenance procedures, data hierarchy structure design, compliance tool integration, periodic data maintenance, and dashboard construction.
  • Support the implementation, modernization, or adoption of target financial macro-processes, aiding the regionalization of scalable processes.
  • Produce weekly progress reports for the EMEA region manager, highlighting key outcomes, risks, and improvement recommendations.
  • Promote the adoption of distributed and standardized end-to-end processes, ensuring comprehensive and fully documented procedures.
  • Deploy Kering Finance Academy and Core Model processes locally to support process adoption, skill development, and knowledge sharing, aiming for 80% team training.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in a finance-related field.

Skills

Analytical mindset with proficiency in relevant data analysis tools such as Excel. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally across all organizational levels. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. Enthusiasm for learning and willingness to take on new challenges. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.

Experience

Previous experience in finance, accounting, or management control is advantageous.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Master's program in a finance-related field.
