Join Kering in Paris as a Collaborative Tools Support Apprentice, supporting IT project tools within a global luxury group.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the administration of collaborative platforms such as JIRA, Confluence, Teams, Slack, Github, and Miro.
  • Present collaborative tools to Kering teams and associated brands.
  • Support teams in utilizing collaborative tools effectively.
  • Train colleagues in advanced usage of tools.
  • Act as a facilitator in meetings.
  • Develop scripts in Groovy/Java for the JIRA platform.

Qualifications

  • Desire to explore IT project/program support.
  • Operational proficiency in English.
  • Strong knowledge in information technology.
  • Willingness to learn facilitation techniques.
  • Openness to Agile development approaches.
  • Optional: Understanding of object-oriented development.

Skills

Proficiency in collaborative tools administration. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to facilitate meetings. Basic scripting skills in Groovy/Java. Adaptability to diverse working environments.

Experience

No prior experience required, but familiarity with IT projects and collaborative tools is advantageous.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology or a related field.
