Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the transactional accounting team in managing Record to Report (R2R) and Order to Cash (O2C) processes for multiple brands.
  • Oversee month-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial records.
  • Review team outputs, prepare detailed breakdowns, reports, and conduct ad hoc analyses.
  • Enhance team capabilities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal control procedures.
  • Liaise with auditors and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with various departments and brand teams.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Accountant with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant accounting and team management experience in multinational corporations, retail, or FMCG sectors.
  • Managerial experience is essential.

Skills

Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP and Hyperion is highly preferred. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Strong leadership and effective communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a matrix environment. Organized with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in accounting and team management within multinational corporations, retail, or FMCG sectors.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
