Kenzo is seeking a Wholesale Showroom Coordination Intern in Paris, France. Join a leading fashion house to assist in showroom operations and coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in showroom organization meetings with various departments and report on these meetings.
- Research and liaise with service providers.
- Recruit and manage temporary staff for showroom events.
- Develop and technically oversee the client appointment schedule using Excel.
- Coordinate appointment bookings with area managers and provide regular updates.
- Prepare sales support tools for the showroom.
- Oversee the operational and logistical setup of showrooms.
- Manage the appointment schedule during showroom events.
- Welcome global clients and supervise hostesses.
- Coordinate with various service providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and maintain sales support tools.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent program.
- Previous experience in a corporate environment.
- Seeking a gap year or end-of-study internship.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Recognized for organizational skills, prioritization, dynamism, and responsiveness.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Strong analytical skills and affinity with numbers.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Passionate about Ready-to-Wear and deeply interested in fashion.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Experience
A minimum of one prior experience in a corporate setting is required.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
