Join Kendo in Liverpool as a Retail Artist for Fenty Beauty, a part-time position offering opportunities for growth in the luxury beauty industry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve personal and counter sales targets through expert artistry and customer engagement.
- Maintain a professional and ethical representation of the brand at all times.
- Foster positive relationships with team members and store partners.
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service.
- Provide expert advice on products to meet customer needs.
- Participate in brand training to stay updated on trends and products.
- Ensure high standards of housekeeping and visual merchandising.
- Uphold excellent personal grooming standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a department store environment with a prestige or artistry brand.
- At least 1 year of retail experience with a proven track record in beauty sales.
- Strong makeup artistry background.
- Experience in building a clientele portfolio.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build customer rapport.
- Excellent organizational skills.
