Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to achieving brand sales targets by demonstrating artistry and delivering excellent customer service.
- Model respect, initiative, and flexibility, representing the brand professionally and ethically.
- Build effective and collaborative relationships with store partners.
- Develop a loyal clientele base by creating a welcoming environment and demonstrating strong makeup artistry skills.
- Advise customers on products using in-depth knowledge of makeup techniques and current trends.
- Participate in brand training to stay updated on trends, products, and offerings.
- Maintain high presentation and visual merchandising standards.
- Uphold excellent personal grooming standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a department store environment with a prestige or artistry brand.
- At least 1 year of retail experience with a proven track record in beauty sales.
- Accomplished makeup artistry background.
- Experience in building a clientele portfolio.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for customer rapport.
- Excellent organizational skills.
