Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and achieve sales targets by engaging with customers and providing exceptional service.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and stay updated on new collections and promotions.
  • Assist in visual merchandising to ensure the store is visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Support the management team in daily operational tasks and inventory management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in luxury fashion.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and retail dynamics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in sales techniques and customer engagement. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, with a focus on luxury or premium brands.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in fashion or business is a plus.
