Join Kate Spade in Texas City, TX as a Sales Supervisor. Lead a dynamic team in a luxury retail environment, focusing on sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the outlet store to ensure efficient and effective sales performance.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and monitor visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment processes.
  • Provide training and development for sales associates to enhance their skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop strategies to improve performance. Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory position within the retail sector, preferably in luxury fashion.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or related field is a plus.
