Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Implement and monitor sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop action plans.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within retail sales is required.
Education
