Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Kate Spade products and brand ethos.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure the store is visually merchandised to company standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales preferred.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
