Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide guests with a warm and confident welcome, ensuring proper etiquette.
  • Develop long-term relationships with guests through engaging conversations and outreach event suggestions.
  • Communicate the Kate Spade New York aesthetic effectively.
  • Utilize storytelling and product knowledge to connect with guests.
  • Maintain impeccable personal style and appearance.
  • Ensure the stockroom and shop floor are clean and organized.
  • Understand the product landscape across all merchandise categories.
  • Perform multitasking duties, including operational tasks and POS transactions.
  • Share ideas and feedback with the team.

Qualifications

  • Professional selling skills and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in luxury goods preferred.
  • Proactive ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • College degree preferred.
