Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales and achieve targets through effective customer engagement and relationship management.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to enhance customer experience and brand representation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Support administrative tasks and daily operations to ensure store efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion and retail dynamics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in fashion or business is preferred.
