Kate Spade seeks an Interim Sales Supervisor in Waipahu, HI. Join a leading luxury fashion brand to lead and inspire a sales team while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in training and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage inventory levels and visual merchandising to maintain the brand's aesthetic standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with the brand's values.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within the retail sector, preferably in luxury fashion.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business or a related field is advantageous.
