Join Kate Spade in Locust Grove, GA as an Interim Sales Supervisor. Lead a dynamic sales team in a luxury fashion outlet, driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the outlet store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any escalated customer issues.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Assist in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained.
- Collaborate with management to develop and execute sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience in a retail environment, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service excellence.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the retail sector, with a focus on luxury fashion.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is preferred.
