Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies for outlet leathergoods.
- Lead a team to execute merchandising plans that align with brand objectives.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform product assortment.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product alignment with market demands.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize sales and minimize excess stock.
- Oversee pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Prepare and present merchandising reports to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in merchandising within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data.
- Proficiency in merchandising software and tools.
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 7 years of experience in merchandising, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the luxury fashion sector.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
