Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the global store design strategy, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and business objectives.
  • Oversee the design and execution of retail spaces, ensuring they reflect the brand's identity and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, real estate, and retail operations to optimize store layouts and visual merchandising.
  • Manage a team of designers and external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices into store design initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in store design within the luxury retail sector.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Skills

Expertise in retail design and visual merchandising. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience

A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in store design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the luxury retail industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
