Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative direction for digital brand content, ensuring alignment with brand identity and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative digital campaigns that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Oversee the production of digital content, including photography, video, and graphic design, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
  • Analyze digital content performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Art, Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the fashion or luxury retail industry.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital content creation and art direction.

Skills

Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in digital design software and tools. Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience

A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in digital art direction or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.

Education
