Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Kate Spade brand with enthusiasm and professionalism in all interactions.
- Drive sales and achieve sales goals by engaging with customers and providing exceptional service.
- Promote brand loyalty through personalized customer experiences and relationship building.
- Assist in the execution of marketing strategies and promotional events.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or sales, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of the Kate Spade brand and its aesthetic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment, ideally within the luxury fashion sector.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
