Kate Spade is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Las Vegas, NV, to support store operations and drive sales. Join a leading luxury fashion brand and grow your career.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
- Drive sales performance and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Foster a positive and motivating environment for the sales team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished appropriately.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management position, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
