Join Hublot in Nyon, Switzerland as an Events and Hospitality Intern. Gain experience in luxury event management with a leading brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and preparation of international events, ensuring seamless coordination and brand consistency.
  • Provide comprehensive support for participation in the Watches & Wonders exhibition, including logistics, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of client and VIP visits to the Manufacture, including developing agendas, arranging transfers and accommodations, and curating engaging programs.
  • Ensure an exceptional client experience from arrival to departure, providing impeccable on-site service and support.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage databases, and assist with general administrative tasks related to events and hospitality.
  • Support communication and coordination with external vendors and partners.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in luxury, hospitality, or events, with demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both French and English (written and spoken). Proficiency in any additional language is a significant asset.

Skills

Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for planning, tracking, and reporting. Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach. Polished and professional demeanor.

Experience

Beginner level experience in luxury, hospitality, or events is required.

Education

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field.
