Join Hour Passion at Orly Airport as a Sales Associate specializing in watches and jewelry. Located in Ile de France, France, this role offers a dynamic luxury retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a high-traffic airport retail environment.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of luxury watches and jewelry to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store to enhance product presentation.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably in watches or jewelry.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in French and English, additional languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience
