Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Swatch products and brand heritage.
  • Assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets and store goals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or fashion.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Experience

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales environment is required, with a preference for experience in the luxury sector.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
