Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the boutique to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve financial targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the boutique team to enhance performance and foster professional growth.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure the boutique is well-stocked with the latest collections.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to reflect the brand's image.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in sales and customer service techniques.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years in a retail management role, ideally within the luxury fashion or watch industry.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.

The successful candidate will be located in Roermond, Limburg, Netherlands, with easy access to Eindhoven.
