Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Python developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in Python and related frameworks.
  • Experience with software development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Skills

Proficiency in Python programming. Leadership and team management. Software architecture and design. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on Python, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
