Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to align store displays with brand standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the luxury retail sector, preferably in watches and jewellery.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service excellence.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in inventory management and merchandising.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
