Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to various departments and subsidiaries, including project tracking, procedure review in collaboration with internal audit and control, and contract development.
  • Monitor insurance files, including claims and construction-related matters.
  • Establish a comprehensive documentation database for the Insurance Department.
  • Facilitate risk prevention by coordinating a network of correspondents and creating communication materials for global end-users.
  • Conduct risk analysis and implement reporting mechanisms.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering program, or university (or equivalent).
  • Proficient in professional English, both written and spoken.

Skills

Strong proficiency in IT tools, particularly Excel and Power BI. Meticulous attention to detail, reliability, and autonomy. Initiative, creativity, and dynamism. Excellent written communication skills. Analytical and synthesis skills. Curiosity, adaptability, and discretion.

Experience

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in risk management and insurance is essential.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
