Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a luxurious shopping experience.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Hermès products and heritage.
  • Assist in visual merchandising to uphold store presentation standards.
  • Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Contribute to achieving store sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or customer service.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury fashion market.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in fashion or business is preferred.
