Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Hermès products and brand heritage.
  • Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Contribute to achieving store sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury market and client expectations.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales acumen and customer service orientation. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and high level of organization.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role is required.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in fashion or business is advantageous.
