Hermès in Pantin, France, seeks a Retail Merchandising Assistant Intern. Ideal for Master's students with Excel proficiency and a passion for luxury products.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor product lifecycle from showroom launch to market introduction.
  • Manage daily portfolio movements, including order entry and analysis of portfolio activities.
  • Analyze retail performance metrics (sell-in/sell-out).
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and participate in market/product studies.
  • Support zone managers in market accompaniment, ensuring tailored product offerings for key events.
  • Assist in purchase sessions by preparing sales tools, tracking purchase meetings, and analyzing outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Master's level student nearing completion with at least one successful internship experience.
  • Dynamic, organized, meticulous, and inquisitive with a strong interest in quantitative analysis.
  • Proficient in Excel; Excel test required.
  • Ability to synthesize and consolidate information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and initiative-taking ability.
  • Passion for and understanding of products.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
