Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Enhance the employer brand through strategic initiatives and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Organize and participate in employer branding events and job fairs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and employer branding.
  • Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and employer branding, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
