Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of quality control processes for women's ready-to-wear collections.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure product standards are met.
  • Conduct inspections and audits of finished products to maintain quality benchmarks.
  • Document and report quality issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
  • Support the development of quality assurance documentation and training materials.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program or recent graduate.
  • Basic understanding of quality assurance principles in the fashion industry.
  • Familiarity with women's ready-to-wear products.

Skills

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Experience

Previous experience in a quality assurance role or internship within the fashion industry is preferred but not required.

Education

Pursuing or completed a degree in Fashion, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
