Join Hermès in Paris as a Project Assistant Intern in the Foundation's Education, Biodiversity, and Solidarity division. Gain experience in a prestigious luxury brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation and deployment of various programs and partnerships within the Education, Biodiversity, and Solidarity division.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across all activities of the division, including contract management, contact database maintenance, budget tracking, partnership scheduling, and meeting organization.
  • Manage the annual call for projects, Manufacto/Manuterra, using dedicated software.
  • Progressively handle and pre-select sponsorship application files independently.
  • Organize project selection committees with increasing autonomy.
  • Support event organization efforts.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new programs in biodiversity and solidarity.
  • Assist with internal and external communication tasks related to the division's activities, including information collection and dissemination, visual support archiving, and brief writing.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program in business school, university, or Sciences Po, specializing in sustainable development or solidarity.
  • Solid initial professional experience in a company or non-profit organization related to solidarity and/or sustainable development.
  • Volunteer experience with non-profit organizations is appreciated.

Skills

Dynamic, organized, and meticulous with the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Familiarity with InDesign and basic legal knowledge is advantageous.

Experience

Previous experience in a related field, ideally within a non-profit or corporate environment focused on sustainability and solidarity.

Education

Master's degree in progress in a relevant field such as business, sustainable development, or social sciences.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
