Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure proper organization and maintenance of internal and supplier stock, including conducting inventories and processing stock entries and exits.
- Monitor supplier stock levels and formalize stock management processes.
- Assist in the preparation of development podiums by placing pre-series orders and managing technical data.
- Oversee the creation and management of supply data in the ERP system, including ordering materials, supplies, components, and metal parts.
- Coordinate with suppliers for deliveries and exchanges, and manage the physical and digital dispatch of components.
- Develop and formalize management tools and processes.
- Engage in long-term projects focused on production data quality and group traceability.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering or business school.
Skills
Experience
No specific experience required, but a keen interest in operational and supply chain processes is essential.
Education
Pursuing a degree in engineering or business.
